Community Iftar & Dinner at Hornsby Masjid

June 3rd Dunday is the second and last Iftar get together in the Masjid. Please bring your family in the Masjid for Iftar and dinner.

Please bring one dish for Iftar. Please do not bring dinner items like biriany etc.

Please note that we are bringing some changes in arrangement to keep the environment safe for children.

Sisters space will be separated from Brothers. Brothers will not be allowed entrance from the east side door at Hunter Street. This is for the privacy of our sisters and to give them more space. East side entry will be for sisters only.

Brothers will access from the west side entrance at Hunter Lane. Please plan how you will drop sisters and the Iftar items accordingly. Please come early by 4:30 pm to have enough time for parking and entry to Masjid.

We are requesting all brothers and sisters to discipline their children. We want to avoid any accidents as we are expecting a big crowd InshaAllah. Please make a plan in your family about who will take care of the kids as we will limit the traffic between Brothers and Sisters area. We will also ask children to behave if needed. Please excuse us for being strict about the space and kids as we don’t want any children to get hurt.
